I would say that the atmosphere on Saturday WOD is my favorite, just a really positive place to be

Without question anything that involves running

Working on improving that

My daughter Audrey and I were looking for something to do together and a teacher (MsAydelott) of Audrey’s had told her about Crossfit

So far it has been using my feet to rope climb.
