What is your favorite WOD(s) or Skill(s)?

I love handstand pushups and partner WODS

What WOD is at the bottom of your list?

Anything with wallballs…wallballs are tough for the vertically challenged

How would you describe your diet? (Paleo, Primal, Zone, Clean, etc.)

I try to eat in moderation, but we eat Clean at our house as well.

How did you hear about CrossFit Trenches?

When I moved here about 3 years ago, I googled “CrossFit gyms” and I was lucky enough Trenches popped right up

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

Almost 5 ½ years

Describe your biggest milestone, achievement, or “A-ha” moment at CFT?

When running a mile wasn’t so difficult anymore and when I finally did a snatch the correct way. It is so much lighter when you do it correctly!

What encouragement or advice would you give to new people coming in?

Stick with it and reach out to any one of us for support. We have all been there, but know how rewarding it is to stick it out and push forward.

What’s your favorite motivational quote and why?

“A person who never made a mistake, never tried anything new.” Albert Einstein

Anytime a fail, I try to remind myself of this to keep trying it again and again until I succeed.
