1. What is your favorite WOD(s) or Skill(s)?
My favorite is back squats, push jerk, and Any WOD without running.
2. What WOD is at the bottom of your list?
Any with running in it. I still come and do my best but the running slows me down. ALOT
3. How would you describe your diet? (Paleo, Primal, Zone, Clean, etc)
I just watch what I eat. Limit carbs and calories. Try to be as clean as possible and portion control.
4. How did you hear about CrossFit Trenches?
I went to one class at a friends gym and was hooked but wanted a box close to home and here I am.
5. How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Since November 2014
6. Describe your biggest milestone, achievement, or “A-ha” moment at CFT?
Doing a 5 mile mud run. Without CFT I never would have had the strength, energy or determination to even think about doing this. I get stronger and healthier everyday!
7. What encouragement or advice would you give to new people coming in?
Push yourself, Don’t give up, and know that everyone starts out somewhere. 6 months from now you will be amazed with the things you can do and how far how you have come! The amazing friends you will make to help encourage you along the way, is a huge added bonus!
