Buy-In: 400-meter Run
Then, 88-66-44 reps of:
Hand Release Push-Ups
Cash-Out: 400-meter Run
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete the buy-in of 400m Run before moving on to 88 Hand Release Push-Ups and 88 Sit-Ups. Then, athlete must perform 66 reps of each movement and 44 reps. To complete the workout, the cash-out of 400m Run must be accomplished.
Score is the time on the clock when the cash-out of 400m Run is completed.
This tribute workout is dedicated to Jeff Priela.
While serving in the US Navy, Jeff participated in the campaign to repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and the subsequent fight for Marriage Equality.
He also served on the Board of Directors for The Modern Military Association of America. In his spare time, he cosplayed as an Imperial Stormtrooper from Star Wars and raised money for various causes by performing distance runs in his Stormtrooper armor.
