Sand bag complex/practice:
– 1 DL + 1 P Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 C&J + 1 Thruster x 7 (Athletes choose weight as long as they can control each movement – this should not be fast or too heavy. It’s a great opportunity to practice and get familiar with the sandbag)
