Thruster Ladder @ 95/65 lbs.
First minute, 1 thruster
Second minute, 2 thruster
Third minute, 3 thrusters
Etc.
Keep going up the ladder until you can’t finish the required reps for the minute.
(Scale the weight accordingly)
