KB complex x 5 ea side (athletes choose a weight that allows them to maintain good form):

Right side: Turkish Get-up, before returning to the ground perform: 3 arm RKBS + 3 Power cleans & 3 S2OH, Power Snatch & reverse TGU (go from standing to the ground)

Switch to left side and repeat complex
