9 Med-ball Cleans 20/14

9 Burpees to a 6″ target (both hands must touch the target)

12 Reverse Weighted Lunges 6 ea side 20/14 med ball (hold med-ball on either shoulder)

12 V-Ups – Feet stay off the ground
