*Partner A: 200m run
*Partner B: 5 DL 225/155 + 5 Strict Pull-ups + 20 Sit-ups
**When Partner A comes back from the run, he/she will pick up from where partner B left off, and Partner B starts the 200m run. Score is total of DL, S. Pull-ups and Sit-ups reps**
