14 Weighted Russian Twists 25/15 plate (feet off the ground, plate must touch each side)

7 Front Squats 115/85 (Rx: below parallel, no rack)

14 Weighted Sit-ups 25/15 plate (plate touches the ground both above head and in front of feet)
