200m Run with med-ball

20 Wall-balls

20 Box Step Ups 24/20

20 Sit-ups with med-ball (bounce ball off the wall at top of each sit up and catch in front of face) **Feet (toes) against wall – Do not use object to hold feet**

All movements done with a med-ball (20/14)

Rx: med-ball never touches the ground (or box) during the wod

TABATAS (plank, side planks, supermans)
