100m Single Arm KB Farmer Carry (50m e/side) 53/35 – a complete 100m = 1rep

8 Supinated ring rows (Rx: feet on box to create a flat body position, no ‘kip’)

100feet Bear Crawl (white line to white line AND back) (each 50feet completed will count as 1 rep)
