– 5 Drop Snatch

– 5 Snatch balance

– 5 OHS

– 5 Power Snatch

– 5 Squat Snatch
All should be done at same weight, build up to 55-60% of Snatch 1RM – this is NOT incremental nor should be done all TNG. Great opportunity to work on speed and technique

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

11min AMRAP of:

4 Squat Snatch 95/65 (below parallel)

8 40ft Sprints (from black mat to 40ft line) – a complete sprint will counted as a rep

16 Side bar hops
