6 Sandbag Lunge Steps (in place) – hold sandbag on each side (shoulder): 3 e/side – Place sandbag on right shoulder and perform 3 right leg lunges. Move sandbag to left shoulder and perform 3 left leg lunges 70 (black)/55 (blue)

5 DBs Burpee Box Step-ups 50/35

6 Holding slam-ball Squats 40/30 (Slam-ball can be held however athletes choose)
