Metcon (Time)

Partner WOD:
70 pullups – partner rests at the bottom of the squat hold
70 push press 95/65 – partner rest in the hollow hold
70 power cleans 95/65 – partner hands from the pull up bar
70 back squats 95/65 – partner rests in the push up plank hold
6×200 m sprints – partner A runs while partner B rests. vice versa. Each partner runs 3 times.

reps may be divided anyway, but resting partner must perform the hold while other partner is working!
