In teams of two..

20 Minute AMRAP:

10 Toes to bar
15 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
20 Hand release push ups

*Both partners sprint 50 meters at the top of every minute.*

(One person works at a time except on the sprint. Alternate each exercise.)
