Buy in: 40 Tire flips (alternate reps)
then..
2 x 100 Meter sprint relay
2 x 50 Meter bear crawl
25 Hand release push ups
2 x 100 Meter sprint relay
2 x 50 Meter Overhead lunge (20/14)
25 Wallballs (20/14)
then…
Cash out: 800 Meter run w/ med ball
(This workout is done relay style. One person works at a time except on the buy in and cash out. Partner 1 completes each section before partner 2 takes their turn.)
