In teams of two..

Complete for time:

30 Double kettlebell front squats (53/35)
100 Meter farmer carry (53/35)
30 Hand release push ups
100 Meter burpee broad jumps
30 Hand release push ups
100 Meter farmer carry
30 Double kettlebell front squats

(Each person performs all reps on every movement. Every movement must be completed by each partner before moving on. One person works at a time except on hand release push ups and burpee broad jumps.)
