30 Burpee over the box jumps
Run 400 Meters
60 Single arm KB clean and jerks (53,35)
200 Meter farmer carry (70,53)
60 Chest to bar pull ups
Run 400 Meters
30 Burpee over the box jumps

(One person works at a time except for the run. Run 400 meters as a team.)
