Complete for time:

5 broad jumps
50 meter shuttle sprint
20 burpee push ups
*Rest two minutes*
5 broad jumps
50 meter shuttle sprint
15 burpee push ups
*Rest one minute*
5 broad jumps
50 meter shuttle sprint
10 burpee push ups
