Ascending Thruster Ladder @ 115/75 lbs.
first minute, 1 thruster
second minute, 2 thruster
third minute, 3 thrusters
Keep going up the ladder until you can’t finish the required reps for the minute.
(Scale the weight accordingly so that 10+ rounds isn’t inconceivable.)
